Weekend of Oct 11th cider apples: Primary base is Jonathon. Additional apples: McIntosh, Empire, Liberty, Macoun, Jonafree, Parker Pear (yes, a little bit of pear mixed in), Spartan.

Ellen’s pear cider is pressed from only one type of pear – their famous Luscious pear. We also have samples of the fresh pear to compare to the cider.

We picked apples from a handful of very old trees and pressed them at a cider pressing party this weekend. We have limited amounts of this delicious cider to sample, so please contact one of the Ferment crew.
