November 2008 - Garlic Tasting
This month we are tasting 11 different varieties of garlic. We'll taste each variety raw and roasted. This will provide a great taste comparison between garlic varieties and also illustrate how much garlic changes when it's cooked. The garlic has been provided from three area farms that specialize in garlic to varying degrees.
